Hello!

My name is Colleen, and I am the founder of Spearpoint Strategies. I love working with clients to make their lives easier and their businesses more impactful. As a business owner myself, I have spent a lot of time in both entrepreneurship and sustainable business spaces. When I sought business advice, everything was profit-oriented and didn’t accommodate my need for a business that not only made money but was supportive of my life goals and my values. In the sustainable business world, all the discussion was corporate oriented, with no acknowledgement of the different opportunities and problems faced by small businesses.

My favorite thing to do is go into an organization and find out how to make each process smoother, each day more enjoyable, and each product more impactful. No one builds a business hoping for burnout, but too often founders become their company’s biggest bottleneck and don’t know how to grow past themselves.

At Spearpoint Strategies, I am able to work closely with each company. Using the skills and knowledge gained through my education and experience, I am able to build a unique path for my clients to move forward in their sustainable business journey. From project management to strategic planning to B Corp certification and beyond, I get to see my clients thrive because of my efforts.
